BENGALURU: Prof Roddam Narasimha, mentioned aerospace researchers passed away at a non-public healthcare facility in Bengaluru late on Monday. He was 87 and is survived by his spouse and daughter.

Throughout 1978-83 Roddam led early conceptual reports of the LCA and, during his tenure at the Nationwide Aerospace Laboratories as Director (1984-93), led the Lab in playing a significant position in designing carbon composite wings and flight manage systems for the LCA, designing and using the initial parallel pc in the place, and defining an Indian standard atmosphere.
