NEW DELHI: The authorities on Tuesday invited bids to offer its 63.75% stake in Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) to a non-public investor, in a key asset sale that was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a assertion on Tuesday, the federal government said the deadline for distributing first bids would be February 13.
At existing stock charges, SCI’s whole industry worth is about Rs 3,915 crore ($529 million).
