‘Home gross sales up 51% in October-December from September quarter’

NEW DELHI: India’s household authentic estate sector is witnessing a fast-paced restoration in sales from the pandemic’s influence. According to real estate consultancy organization JLL, residential income surged 51% in the October-December quarter (Q4) of 2020 to 21,832 units from 14,415 units in the July-September quarter.
Delhi-NCR and Mumbai also witnessed powerful sequential growth. When Mumbai accounted for 23% of the all round income, Delhi-NCR marketplaces cornered 20%. In Oct-December, Mumbai’s housing profits grew 22% to 5,026 units from 4,135 models in the earlier quarter.

Delhi-NCR also saw very good desire as sales in Q4 elevated by 43% to 4,440 models from 3,112 units in Q3.
With profits of 3,323 units in Q4 of 2020, Pune witnessed a powerful sequential progress of 147% from Q3 2020. The housing sales in Q4 in Pune are only 1.7% reduced than the fourth quarter of 2019.
Chennai (2,500) and Hyderabad (3,570) witnessed powerful sequential expansion of 59% and 68%, respectively.
