Allan Scott, screenwriter and producer of the Netflix strike The Queen’s Gambit, has informed the BBC he stayed trustworthy to the e book.
But he says that, whilst the streaming series is “taken straight from Walter Tevis’s creativity”, he did get pleasure from listening to from a serious everyday living chess grandmaster.
