A person photographed sitting in Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s business all through the D.C. riots on Wednesday has been arrested, many legislation enforcement officials familiar with the problem instructed NBC Information.

Richard Barnett was apprehended in Arkansas and charged with entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry, and theft of community property.
