Bollywood has created a number of movies based on the Indian Military. From the bravery of the troopers to their sacrifice, the Hindi movie marketplace has tried using to portray the bravery and struggles of the Indian Army on the 70 mm display.

Captain Vikram was awarded Param Vir Chakra posthumously following he sacrificed his life in the 1999 Kargil War although making an attempt to conserve a soldier. The movie has been manufactured by Karan Johar and is currently being filmed.
