My breakfast: 8 egg whites with a bow of sprouts and a person seasonal fruit.
My lunch: No lunch, due to the fact I comply with Intermittent Fasting. I just have two eyeglasses of lemon drinking water in the course of the fasting hours.
My dinner: Two chapatis with a bowl of subzi and serving of dal.
Pre-work out meal: I have 2 dates along with black coffee (1 gram of espresso powder)
Put up-work out meal: 1 scoop whey protein shake in simple water
I indulge in (What you try to eat on your cheat times): Every time it is a cheat working day for me, I like to gorge on pizza (2 slices), paneer pakoda, chilli paneer.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Boiled French Beans
I also have 100 ml scotch or whiskey once a 7 days with some peanuts. But I make sure all the things is moderated.
